DevExpress での一覧、帳票等のレポート（ASPxWebDocumentViewer）のワード（DOCX）の単一ファイル出力設定手順です。
結論：DevExpress（v21.1.12.0）ではバグのため、単一ファイル出力不可です。
下記デザイン通りに「ページごとに単一ファイル」設定で出力しましょう。
現状の画面デザインはこのようになっています。
＜レポートのワード（DOCX）の単一ファイル出力設定手順＞
「エクスポートのオプション」ボタンから「DOCX EXPORT OPTIONS」を開いて「エクスポート」項目に「単一ファイル」を設定します。
↓
↓
「エクスポートします。」ボタンから「DOCX」を選択し、ファイル出力します。
↓
出力不可メッセージが表示され、「DOCX」は作成されません。
＜エラーメッセージ内容＞
「The document cannot be exported to DOCX format correctly with the specified settings.
If possible, avoid intersecting elements in your document, or try to use the ‘SingleFilePageByPage’ export mode with the ‘TableLayout’ option disabled.」
NG、一覧、帳票等のレポート（ASPxWebDocumentViewer）のワード（DOCX）の単一ファイル出力設定は不可でした。
